These Terms of Use apply when you visit luckysip.co.uk, interact with a physical LuckySip card, scan a LuckySip QR code or use a related LuckySip service.

LuckySip is operated by CoffeeLuck Ltd (Company No. 14735850), registered in England and Wales.

Please read these Terms before using the website or continuing a LuckySip card experience.

When using the LuckySip website or scanning a LuckySip card, you must:

• Provide accurate information where it is requested.
• Use the service only for its intended purpose.
• Respect participating cafés, their staff and other customers.
• Avoid attempting to manipulate cards, rewards, codes or digital journeys.
• Use LuckySip lawfully and in good faith.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that LuckySip is being misused, manipulated or accessed unlawfully.

A physical LuckySip card may connect to:

• A message or café moment.
• A digital experience.
• A café initiative.
• A promotional campaign.
• A partner experience.
• A reward or future interactive experience.

Content may vary according to the café, QR source, card code, active campaign, location and time of scanning.

Scanning a card does not guarantee that a particular offer, reward or campaign will be available. Digital experiences may change, expire or be replaced over time.

Some LuckySip cards may be issued as physical Free Coffee or other café reward cards.

To redeem a physical café reward, the customer must present and surrender the original qualifying card to the participating café. The physical card represents the redemption value and cannot be used again after it has been surrendered.

A scan, card code, screenshot, photograph or digital claim does not replace the requirement to present the original physical reward card.

Rewards remain subject to the stated eligibility, validity period, participating café and availability conditions.

LuckySip works with participating independent cafés and hospitality venues.

LuckySip manages the card system and connected digital experiences. Participating cafés remain independently responsible for the preparation and sale of their products, café operations, staff and ordinary customer service.

Questions about a café’s products or service should normally be directed to that café. Questions about LuckySip cards, scans or digital experiences should be directed to LuckySip.

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts or automated attempts to guess or submit card codes.
• Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information.
• Copy, duplicate, alter or misuse LuckySip cards or reward claims.
• Attempt to redeem the same physical reward more than once.
• Interfere with the website, QR journey, campaign assignment or security controls.
• Use LuckySip for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Reproduce or distribute LuckySip materials without permission.

The LuckySip name, logo, physical card designs, message system, website content, platform and related materials are owned by CoffeeLuck Ltd or used under licence.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, café branding and authorised partner content remain the property of their respective owners.
