Depending on how you interact with LuckySip, we may collect:

Information you provide

LuckySip interaction data

• The café or QR Source connected to your interaction.
• Your Printed Card Code, when entered.
• The date and time of the interaction.
• The campaign or digital experience shown.
• Form submissions, claims and other actions taken during the experience.
• Limited technical information required to operate and protect the service.

We do not describe these interactions as “unique cards scanned”, because Printed Card Codes are not individual serial numbers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

• Deliver LuckySip card, QR, campaign and reward experiences.
• Send information or messages that you have requested or agreed to receive.
• Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• Measure campaign engagement and prepare reporting.

Participating cafés receive aggregated or anonymised reporting by default. They do not automatically receive individual customer identities.
